1. Services
Payroll 4 U provides payroll processing, compliance, consulting, and audit services to Australian businesses. The specific scope of services provided to you will be set out in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to you.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to perform our services, including employee details, hours worked, leave balances, and any other payroll-related data.
You acknowledge that the accuracy of payroll outputs depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Payroll 4 U is not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all payroll outputs before they are finalised, and for ensuring compliance with your obligations as an employer under applicable Australian laws.
3. Fees and Payment
Our fees are as agreed in your service agreement or as quoted in writing. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added where applicable in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed in connection with the provision of services that is identified as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential, including employee data, financial information, and business processes.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or a regulatory authority.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.
